About Religion of Sun

Religion of Sun is a 4-5 part game series centering Takumi Kurayami, you're average 16 year old Japanese school boy, except he's black, and autistic, and bipolar, and not even a boy, she's a girl, who was born a boy. She leads a pretty mundane life for the most part; waking up, arguing with her dad, wandering the halls aimlessly instead of going to class, chatting away on the rooftop with her childhood friend Koishi, and beating up anyone who gets in their way, ect ect. But one day... a mysterious number outs her to her father, leading in her abandonment. This leads her to the Church of Sun, a small church with only 3 members, including Koishi, who dragged her there. Eventually, Takumi gets into a relationship with the esteemed Lord Herios, God of the Church of Sun (and every members mama :]). And, due to her unforseen potential, she is assigned as the Voice of God, aka, the next Super Superhe- Goddess! But, she's currently just in training. And what is her training? Brattaming Jadeite! Her (painfully) one-sided mortal enemy! Though... the longer she stays in the Church of Sun... the more she realizes just how corrupt it truly is... and slowly loses her mind trying to figure out whether to save the children of the sun using Lord Herios's method (keeping them in line and putting Jadeite in her place), or her own...(making sure every rule in their doctrine is ommitted from their minds).

Characters

Takumi Kurayami

A manic girl with a loose sense of emotion and a strong sense of justice. She's a very easy to persuade girl, instantly falling for any sort of kindness. She lives by the philosphy of "doing whatever you want as long as it doesn't hurt another." She's also not the most obidient either, always nitpicking away at whatever rule she doesn't like and only following the ones she does. A huge brat in all honesty. She cares a lot about her friends and newfound family within the Church and would do anything to protect them, even if it came at the cost of her own life. She's a girl carrying a heavy weight on her heart known as "guilt" because of her justice however, leading to her trying to atone by fighting off more injustices within the Church, only for this to backfire each time. A girl always balancing love and punishment. She's addicted to MDMA, so she can act absurdly erratic at times as well. A Yandere of some sorts, although you seldom see this side of hers.

Koishi Miyachi

A girl with an off looking face. She's a huge otaku, specifically one obsessed with bromance games. Every bit of her speech is sprinkled with references back to things she likes, and she's a master at connecting any and all events back to these things. Due to severe bullying over the years, she's grown quite shy and avoident. She tries not to open up to anyone in fear of bumming them out, but ironically, her emotions are so erratic and so much bigger than herself, that it's clear she's just about ready to blow over at times. After finding out about Takumi and Herios's relationship, she fell into a deep despair. She wants to leave, but wants to take Takumi with her, and her sister Hibiki. But their attachment to the church makes it near impossible for them to leave, which causes her even more despair. Her typings are a Menhera Byoukidere though she wishes she was an Osanadere.

Tenshi

A not so mysterious girl with no name, so everyone just calls her "Tenshi", and by everyone, I mean the members of the Church of Sun. She's Koishi's designated angel who's recently begun to take control of her body. Because of being apart of Koishi, and the part that hides little to nothing, She's insanely emotional and unstable, despite her desperate attempts to appear nonchalant. She looks far cooler inside of her own head though. She's also a huge dunce, so, not Kuu at all! She holds onto grudges tighter than anything and specifically holds a grudge towards the Church of Sun for betraying her and her family, and holds an equally as strong grudge towards... someone who left her in the past... She starts a rebellion in Koishi's stead to achieve her goals. She's a Chuuni Bakadere.

Hibiki Amamori

An elementary schooler who's a complete and total religious fanatic. She'll do anything in the name of the sun! Even if it makes a total of 0 sense! She's been doted on by her older sister Koishi her whole life, so she's eternally grateful to her (and absurdly clingy towards her... not that the feeling isn't mutual in some ways...) She has some sort of learning disability that makes it hard for her to articulate her words, which caused a lot of problems when she was younger, but for the most part has improved with age. Because of this, she tries her hardest not to cause trouble for anyone and to do anything in her power to be useful. Kind of a smartass. But a cute one. A Keikenna Imouto type.

Angel 82

Hibiki Amamori's designated angel. If you thought Hibiki was religious, wait till you meet her! She'll do anything no hesitation for this religion! Even at the cost of others and/or herself. If it's what God says, then it's doubtlessly, clearly, absolutely, unequivocally, beyond any doubt, RIGHT; is her Modus Operandi. She's also quite harsh on blasphemers and promise breakers, punishing them like the sinners they are until they cave in and learn the right thing to do. She's especially hard on Koishi, her designated caretaker as a means of "giving back" to her the love she gave her. Though... are her intents as cruel as her actions...? Or perhaps is she simply trying to help in the only way God let's her too... her typing is a Karugire indefinitely (Though... do I also smell a bit of Yandere too...?)

Tsukiyomi (Kiyomi Shinonome)

A mysterious ghost-like girl who wanders between the boundary of light and dark, only ever appearing to ward off visitors or keep the children of the sun in line. She's the Child of God, and she makes sure to live up to this title to the fullest. Her dere typing is Kuudere.

Lord Herios (Taiyou Inazaki)

The prestigious leader of the Church of Sun with an ego just as large as the sun. She's a very motherly and bubbly person, but slowly reveals her twisted intents over time... She's a strangely lonely woman. And a strange everything woman. Her dere typing is Dorodere indefinitely.
